Dedicated Internet Access
Uncontended, symmetric bandwidth on a committed rate with a service level attached. The circuit is yours — not a share of a consumer pool that degrades at 8pm.
Division 02 · Connectivity
Dayanex sources enterprise connectivity across Malaysia’s Tier-1 operators and delivers it under a single contract. You get the carrier that actually suits the site, and one party accountable for it.
Services
Uncontended, symmetric bandwidth on a committed rate with a service level attached. The circuit is yours — not a share of a consumer pool that degrades at 8pm.
A private, transparent link between two sites. No internet in the path, no translation, no contention — the two ends behave as one LAN segment.
Ethernet handoff across a metro footprint for multi-site businesses that want native L2 between branches without managing a routed overlay.
Any-to-any connectivity across many sites with traffic classes that actually hold under load — the answer when voice and transactional traffic cannot queue behind a backup job.
Business-grade fibre where a full DIA is more circuit than the site needs, and as the diverse second path where it is not.
Trunking and numbering for the phone system you already run, plus enterprise mobile plans procured on the same contract as the fixed services.
Monitoring, fault handling and carrier escalation on your behalf. We open the ticket, we chase it, and we tell you what happened.
Two carriers, two entry paths, one failover behaviour that has been tested. Redundancy on paper that shares a duct is not redundancy.
The case for us
Sometimes you should, and we will say so. But a carrier can only sell you its own footprint, and coverage in Malaysia is genuinely uneven — the operator that is strongest at one address is frequently not the strongest three kilometres away.
Going direct means running that comparison yourself, several times, with sales teams whose job is to win it. We run it once, across all of them, and we are not competing for the answer.
It also means multiple contracts, multiple billing cycles and multiple support queues — and, during an outage, being the person who has to work out which of your vendors owns the fault before anyone will look at it. That determination is our job, not yours.
Options across carriers for the specific address, with the trade-offs stated, including where a direct relationship would serve you better.
Multi-carrier underneath, single commercial relationship on top. Procurement onboards one vendor.
You raise one ticket. Isolating the fault and pushing the carrier is work we absorb.
Changing the underlying carrier does not have to mean changing your vendor, your process, or your paperwork.
Where this meets the other business
Most AI projects are sized on GPUs and then throttled by the network. Training data has to get in, checkpoints have to move, and inference traffic has to reach users with latency that does not undo the point of the model.
Because we sell both sides, we can specify them against each other — the bandwidth into a site sized against the workload that will run there, rather than negotiated separately by two vendors who never speak.
Next step
Site address, bandwidth, whether you need diversity, and any latency or service level constraint. That is enough for us to come back with real options rather than a brochure.
